A LETTER FROM Jade

If you really knew me … you would know that I’m a learning junkie.

 

It’s important as humans to continually be pushing our own personal boundaries. Because in the big scheme of things I just want to say “Fuck Mediocrity” and the only way to do that is to be continually growing, continually learning and continually striving for more.

 

You’ll often hear me say that we are souls here having a human experience.  


and I believe that connection is the purpose of life. To truly connect with others and ourselves, we need to elevate our awareness, tap into consciousness, cultivate self-expression and continually look for lesions and growth.

 

When it comes down to it, if we’re not learning, not evolving and not growing, we’re just existing as passengers spinning around on a speck of dirt in the sky.

 

In my experience, when it comes to nearly all aspects of life,  most people don’t have a knowledge problem, they have an implementation problem. And they have an implementation problem because they lack motivation / inspiration and they don't have any accountability. That's where my fluffy baseball bat comes in handy!!

 

My mission and promise to you is that anyone who has any interaction with me or team Väre will leave with more energy and a desire to human better than what they came with.

Lived in a trailer park till she was 9. Yep, she really is that success story from Trailer and Trauma to Triumph!

First Home Owner at Age 15

Bought her first 'home' at 15.. ok it was a caravan but it was her home. You can take the girl out of the trailer park!!

Achieving Her First Big Goal

2002 Achieved the first big goal she remembers setting at age 15 - Working for Bundy Rum. She thought she would get 'heaps' of free rum... wrong!

Raising Two Mini Humans at 14

Living with her ex-merchant navy sailor father, Jade became the legal guardian and parented her siblings from the age of 14

First Two Companies at Age 21

At age 21 Jade left home to travel Australia and ended up in Darwin with a modelling and promotional agency, a dressmaking shop and a team of 52 contractors.

When a friend was taken by a croc, she knew it was time to leave Darwin … the then CEO of Diageo aka Bundy Rum loved her so much he created a job for her after the company recruiter told her she wasn't qualified for the role

From No To GM in One Year 11 Months

In 2004 Jade was told 10 times that she couldn't work for the company because she was a girl. When she finally landed her job in recruitment, she became the GM in less than 2 years and arguably their most powerful asset building a team of 5 to over 50. Jade loved recruitment and was offered equity with Australia's longest-running Sales and Executive Recruitment firm but refused because she didn’t align with the company's values

Startup Daily Most Influential Women

In 2011 Jade started Velocity Consulting to create a recruitment business and culture that aligned with her values. With a no dickhead policy and a pledge to safeguard and not burn out her staff (just herself), Jade was the recipient of Startup Daily's sTop 50 most Influential Women under 40 and 2. 3 years on Jade was approached by The Entourage Growth fund to invest on the back of their Mission to become the World's Largest Enabler of Humans That are Happy at Work

 Reading Conversations with God, The Code of The Extraordinary Mind and What I Know For Sure, changed the trajectory of her life and after getting sidetracked by investors she closed Velocity and pursued the knowledge to build a business from the world's best.  

Manifesting The Main Stage

In 2017 Launched the Life Coaching and Business Consulting firm Life:Engineered after attending iLab Business Accelerator and MindvalleyUniversity in Barcelona where she set the intention of meeting Vishen Lakianai and convincing him to licence her as the Mindvalley representative for Australia. 12 months later to the day, she presented Vishen’s own workshop on the stage at Mindvalley University in Tallinn, Estonia.

In 2019 Jade travelled the world and presented for Mindvalley, The Global Entrepreneurs Summit and Ilab in Australia, Bali, Croatia and the United States. While co-authoring the book “Ignite Your Life for Woman'' and Creating Flow Fest in Bali.

2021 Starts accreditation as a Flow Trainer with the Steven Kotler's Flow Research Collective and dedicates and evolves to mastering the Science of Flow as the key to Peak Performance for both individual and in teams.

In 2018 becomes a qualified Performance and Flow Consultant, iLAB Facilitator and Personal Branding Expert for Entrepreneur Resort hosting and facilitating events for the world's leading entrepreneur and social futurist Roger Hamilton.
